Artwork Copyright & Image Use Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
All original artwork, paintings, illustrations, photographs, digital images, and related creative materials displayed on this website (collectively, the “Artwork” or “Images”) are the exclusive intellectual property of [Artist Name / Studio Name] (“Artist”), protected by U.S. copyright law and international copyright treaties.
Copyright ownership remains with the Artist at all times. Purchasing an original work, print, or other physical item does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
What you may do
View the Artwork on this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Share a link to a specific page or Artwork (using your platform’s native share/preview feature).
Tag or mention the Artist when sharing your experience with a purchased physical piece (with appropriate credit).
What you may not do without prior written permission
You may not, in any form or medium:
Download, copy, screenshot, scan, photograph, reproduce, or redistribute the Images.
Upload or repost full-size or high-resolution versions of the Images to other websites, social platforms, marketplaces, or devices.
Use the Images for commercial purposes, including advertising, branding, logos, book/album covers, merchandise, product packaging, print-on-demand products, or promotional materials.
Create derivative works, edit, crop in a way that alters the work, apply filters, overlays, or otherwise modify the Images.
Use the Images in AI training datasets, machine-learning systems, generative AI models, style-transfer tools, or similar automated systems.
Mint, tokenize, or distribute the Artwork as an NFT or blockchain asset.
Remove watermarks, copyright notices, metadata, or other identifying information.
Hotlink or embed the Artist’s image files on another site or application.
Claim the Artwork as your own or fail to provide proper attribution when permission has been granted.
Credit alone does not grant permission to download or republish Images.
Purchased original works and prints
When you purchase an original painting, print, or other physical item, you own that physical object. You may display it in your home, office, or other appropriate private or business space.
Your purchase does not include the right to reproduce the Image, make additional prints, publish it, place it on products, use it commercially, or license it to others. Those rights remain with the Artist unless granted in a separate written agreement.
Commissioned work
Commissioning artwork does not automatically transfer copyright. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the Artist retains copyright and reproduction rights. Discuss any needed commercial, publishing, or licensing rights before work begins.
Social media and sharing
You are welcome to share links to Artwork pages and tag the Artist. Using a platform’s built-in link preview is fine. Please do not download and re-upload the Images themselves without permission.
Requesting permission or a license
Editorial, educational, gallery, media, ministry/nonprofit, or commercial uses may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request permission, contact the Artist with:
Your name and organization
The specific Artwork (title or link)
How and where you want to use it
Whether the use is commercial or nonprofit
Medium/format, expected distribution or print run, geographic reach, and duration
Your timeline
A license or permission is not granted until confirmed in writing. Fees may apply depending on the use.
Infringement
Unauthorized use of the Artwork may result in termination of your access to the website and may expose you to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies under copyright law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable).
